1Do I need to have an assessment before attending the classes?
Yes, an assessment is required with one of our physios prior to starting in the group classes. We then recommend reassessments at least annually.
2Can I claim some money back for the group classes?
Yes, provided you have extras cover. Group classes are claimed as Group Consultations, Physiotherapy Item 560.
3How long do the classes run for?
All group classes run for 1 hour. 30 and 45-minute appointments can be booked for individual classes.
4Can I claim some money back for the assessment through private health insurance?

5I have recently had a baby. When can I start the Postnatal classes?
As early as 6-weeks postnatal as long as you've had a postnatal review with your Dr.
6Can I bring my baby along to the Postnatal classes?
Yes, babies are welcome in the postnatal classes. Babies often rest in capsules or play on the floor during these classes. Please bring your own playmat and anything else you might need for the baby.
7I am currently pregnant. When should I start attending the Pregnancy classes and how long can I attend them for?
Our Pregnancy group classes are suitable throughout all stages of pregnancy, right up until full-term. Some women like to attend our General group classes during the first trimester. From 16 weeks onwards, however, the pregnancy-specific classes are recommended.
8What do I need to bring?
You may like to bring your own towel and a water bottle. All of the equipment, including exercise mats, is provided.
9What should I wear to the classes?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, for example leggings and a T-shirt.
10How do I pay for the classes?
You may pay by cash or direct debit. Invoices and receipts are sent by email
