General Classes

  • Low-impact exercises to maximise core stability and joint mobility
  • Limited to 6 participants in each class
  • Cater for Beginners to Advanced of all ages and fitness levels
  • Allow for exercise progression at your own rate
  • Allow for modified or alternative exercises to ensure appropriate exercise for you
❋ A variety of floor-based exercises using various small equipment to target stabilising muscles around the body
❋ Safe, supervised classes with expert physiotherapy knowledge
❋ Pelvic floor safe exercises, suitable for people with pelvic floor muscle weakness and/or pelvic organ prolapse
❋ Great to supplement other forms of exercise to assist with exercise performance and injury management
❋ Treat injuries and target problem areas: for example back pain, poor posture, poor balance

Pregnancy Group Exercise

❋ Group classes specifically designed for women during pregnancy to help manage postural changes and minimise aches and pains during pregnancy
❋ Exercises modified for the individual so that they are suitable for women with pelvic instability, pelvic girdle pain, back pain, abdominal separation (DRAM), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor muscle weakness and other pregnancy-related conditions
❋ Suitable throughout all stages of pregnancy

Postnatal Classes

  • Low-impact exercises to maximise core stability and joint mobility
  • Limited to 6 participants in each class
  • Cater for Beginners to Advanced of all ages and fitness levels
  • Allow for exercise progression at your own rate
  • Allow for modified or alternative exercises to ensure appropriate exercise for you

Postnatal Group Exercise

❋ Group classes specifically designed for women after pregnancy to help manage postural changes, reduce pregnancy-related aches and pains and assist with optimal postnatal recovery
❋ Exercises modified for the individual so that they are suitable for women with pelvic instability, pelvic girdle pain, back pain, abdominal separation (DRAM), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor muscle weakness and other pregnancy-related conditions
❋ Suitable from 6 weeks after childbirth (following a check-up with your Doctor)
❋ Babies are welcome in the Postnatal classes
